This is a gold tone metal buckle with a darkened background, made by A&D Engine Company, in the San Francisco Bay area, in the 1970s. It is in pretty decent condition, as shown in the photos it does have some tarnish / patina and some wear and tear from age or use. It measures approximately 3-1/4" x 2-1/2", fits a 1-3/4" wide belt and weighs about 4.1 oz.
