Here is a stunning PINK & OPALINE HAND BLOWN PEDESTAL URN SHAPED GLASS VASE WITH LAVISH FLORAL AND BUTTERFLY HAND PAINTED DETAIL. Please excuse the ring light reflections, these are not flaws on the item.

I am not a glass specialist, but this looks like Bristol Glass from my research.  The other option is that it is Bohemian, possibly Harrach.     It is quite Victorian in style, and my guess is it is from this era. I have taken extensive images, from all angles, so please satisfy yourself that this is correct, ask more questions, or let me know if you think otherwise.

The vase has a pedestal base.  The main part of the vase is urn shaped.  It has a step up to a narrow neck and then splays out with a lipped top.

The vase has a milky white opaline interior with a pink exterior. The pink is hand decorated (enamellled?) with beautifully detailed and coloured branches of budded and blooming flowers with an exquisite butterfly alighting on one of the leaves.  On the neck of the pedestal base there is a hand painted scroll and fan detail that compliments the vase, colour wise. All the painted decoration is visible from all angles.

To the base you will see the hand painted number 39. on a white circle (which I assume is the interior opaline glass coming through).

The vase measures approximately 29.5 cm (11 1/2") high.

This item is in excellent condition with no chips, cracks or restoration.

Please view the images as they form part of the description. Items are described honestly, and, in part, due to my research. Please satisfy yourself that these are correct.

Any white marks on the images are light reflections and not flaws on the item.
