Shipping & Handling: Shipping & handling is paid by the buyer. I ship to the address on record with eBay, ONLY. I will NOT ship items to any other address once the auction has concluded and you are declared the winner. If you want your items shipped elsewhere, it is YOUR responsibility to change the address on record with eBay PRIOR to bidding. This is to avoid conflicts and confusion regarding lost mail and/or mail fraud. S&H is not negotiable, but I will gladly combine and discount S&H for multiple auction wins--please wait for a revised invoice. I provide 5-star shipping turnaround by shipping out your item(s) the same, if not, next day after receipt of cleared payment. I will provide all tracking/delivery confirmation information, if it is available. I have no control over the speed of shipment once the item has left my hands. Insurance is required on a case by case basis (i.e. high value, fragile items), unless the buyer requests it.
International buyers: Per Customs Regulations, I will fill out the necessary US Customs form(s) with complete and ACCURATE information. I will not undervalue the item nor mark it as "Gift". I will provide you the US Customs Form number. The US Customs Form number is NOT a tracking/delivery confirmation number; the USPS is NOT required to scan/track First Class International mail. All international items are shipped via US Postal Service First Class Mail International which includes insurance via ShipSaver Insurance, unless requested otherwise. If you want it fast and reasonably tracked, USPS Priority Mail International is your best option as it includes USPS insurance, but limited tracking capabilities. USPS Express Mail International is the "Cadillac" of shipping and it includes USPS insurance and complete tracking information, but this service comes at a steep price. Import duties, taxes and charges are not included in the item price or shipping charges. These charges are the buyer's responsibility. Please check with your country's customs office to determine what these additional costs will be prior to bidding/buying.
Payment: Payment is expected within 4 days of auction close. If buyer communication and/or payment is not received within 4 days of auction close, I will automatically open a Non-Paying Bidder case. The case is automatically closed and cleared from your account history upon item payment.
Returns: All items are 100% GUARANTEED AUTHENTIC. No returns, exchanges or refunds unless item is grossly misrepresented (ex. you received a book instead of a shirt). Return shipping costs are non-refundable. I'm a reasonable seller and willing to consider any questions and/or concerns you have and address them quickly and fairly. Buyer demands, threats, or feedback blackmail will be routed directly to eBay for review. I stand behind all details in the description but DO NOT accept returns for buyer's remorse, sizing, fit, color, etc. Keep in mind, I am human and bound to miss something. My mission is to make this transaction a positive experience for all involved.
