Second Bust top of ear broad and flat, nose to 2nd I in Britanniar.                  

The Obverse features William IV bare head, designed by William Wyon and is inscribed GULIELMUS IIII D:G BRITANNIAR REX F:D. 

The reverse has a crowned shield design from Jean Baptiste Merlen.
