Vintage Marx Tin Doll House Metal Litho 2 Story Colonial 5 Rooms with furniture

In acceptable to good condition. The actual condition varies per piece. The doll hose is  intact and structurally  sound. The overall paint on tin litho looks great. Light scuffing may be present  indicative of age and  use. All furniture  is intact and undamaged condition. There is a dent or two in the roof .(may be able to work the dent out.) Please  see all the photos for the best reference to the condition.

Lot includes Marx tin Litho doll house 2 structures, 22 pieces of marx plastic furniture , 1 ideal piano, and 1 plastic dog from 1960s circa.

The doll house may be disassembled or partially  disassembled for practical shipping  purposes. All the while with keeping you the customer  in mind .
