Lets go back to the early days, when there were Porters to move your luggage for you!!
Truly amazing c1920 Antique
" Antler "
Steamer Wardrobe Travel Trunk,
complete with original hangers, drawers, travel labels etc..
Sadly no keys, so I have not tried the lock - but it opens & closes just fine!
This really was the high end of travel - fantastic :)
Antler started trading in 1914, catering for Boat travel of course post WW1
- and this is from that era.

This is a seriously heavy piece - I estimate about 35/40kg!

UK Shipping
For our standard UK postage we use Royal Mail 2nd Class, which aims to deliver 2 working days after posting.
Royal Mail First class is available on request, which aims to deliver the next working day.
We use either Recorded Delivery or Next Day Special Delivery as required, subject to the value of the item being delivered.
Overseas Shipping
Parcels up to 2kg in weight will usually be posted using Royal Mail International Standard or Tracked and Signed as required, subject to the value of the item being delivered.
Heavy / Larger items
Where required, some items, due to weight or volume, may require delivery by Courier. We are happy to arrange this using the most cost effective and secure service available.
Customs, Import Duties & value declarations
Buyers are responsible for all import duties and taxes levied by their Customs departments. We will complete all customs declarations with the correct valuation, based on the sale price of an item.
Dispatch times
All items are dispatched within 2 working days of cleared payment being received.
Packaging
Packaging will always be sufficient for the item being delivered, including the use of acid free tissue paper, bubble wrap, plate dividers and strong cardboard boxes as required. We may recycle packaging materials to reduce environmental imapct, without compromising the safe delivery of your purchase.
Combined Postage
We are happy to combine postage on multiple purchase where possible and practical .
Collection in person
Available by prior arrangement. Payment on collection is required.
Terms of Sale
- All customers are entitled to a refund of the item amount paid minus actual postage costs. We do, however require all products to be returned to us within 14 working days first, at the customers cost.
- Please ensure an appropriate level of compensation insures the item whilst in return transit, as we can't accept liability for losses of returns in the post.
- Once we receive the item back in its original condition, we will then refund the item amount minus our postage cost paid.
