Due to a back injury Im selling or PX my beloved 2004 Coachbuilt Swift Fiat Ducato Bessecar. Model is an Elegance E795 2.8 JTD Alco. 6 Birth, Only 35K miles from new. Offgrid with solar panels. Value around 24k although willing to take a bank transfer for £22750 and no lower in a straight sale.

I'm considering a PX only so that other parts of the family can still have use a leisure vehicle or caravan themselves to use, hence the reason for offering PX based on 24k for a twin wheel large caravan or XLWB van conversion which may help a deal?

The motorhome was meticulously maintained regardless of cost since new by the original owner who had it for around 18 years. The last 15 years approx. it has passed every MOT without any advisories. It has only ever failed on tyres, windscreen wipers and handbrake adjustment. Has Zink plated Alco Chassis and no rust anywhere. No leaks, no damage, no nasty scratches, no knocks, no bangs, cant think of anything that is a problem.

Has a large side awning, 240V and 12V lighting, curtains, blinds, solar power and 1Kw inverter.

It's a right-hand drive, very easy to drive and handles like a smaller vehicle. Kitchen includes fridge with small freezer, cooker with 3 gas and one electric rings, extractor hood, draining board and sink. Etc etc. It's offgrid with solar panels as mentioned, so no need to hook up to mains, although EHU socket is available should you wish to plug in at a site.

It's just a few inches shy of 8 metres, 4 Seat belts (potential for 6 seat belts).

As already mentioned, its Offgrid with 400w solar panels and has a 1KW inverter, 400ah approx. leisure batteries. Normal change rate is around 22amps from the panels, offgrid system will recharge more than you can use and literally you should never need to hook up to EHU. Ample power available for a small air fryer, hair straighteners, hairdryer etc. and the fitted microwave.

Has heavy duty winter roof cover supplied, gas locker with full bottles, water tank, grey water tank, hot water boiler, gas central blow air heating. Alarm, tracker, immobiliser.

Has an electric step, rear reversing warning sensors. Refurbished alloys by previous owner with good tyres. Benefits from single rear axle, which stops sites refusing larger vehicles like some do if it's a twin rear axle.

Has a portable satellite system and TV too, original Bessecar carpets. Front internal windscreen and side window quilted heat reflecting wrap around cover. Has a folding umbrella for outside and a six person folding table for alfresco dining.

Mid compartment shower room with toilet and circular style shower cubicle, wash basin. Has rear bedroom / lounge with privacy shutter door. The rear can be made up into two singles, a double, or can be made up into a superking if need be. Could be left made up and shut off if you prefere. Has a small wardrobe but loads of storage space thought the van. Has a foldout double or single bed in the front lounge / kitchen area with popup table.

Double bed over the cab too and this can be moved upwards for easier access for the passenger and driver to the kitchen area,  although plenty of room regardless so never bothered to push it up into the storage position.

Only done around 100 miles or from last MOT, it has had a full Hab check, Everything is good on this including the inside and exterior. Full service last year and only around 100 miles since.

Benefits from spotless Zink Alco Chassis and single rear axle as mentioned. , no rust whatsoever. I have a new full set of nice seats covers which I will give to the new owner if they want them. There is a picture of the cover patterns in one of the pictures. Have not fitted them and dont intend to so viewers can see there is nothing wrong with the existing seats and cushions.

Paperwork and manuals come with it. I will try and take more pictures and post them if I get chance.

It's plated as a C1 although that's not an issue as it can be re-plated to drive on a standard car licence in a simple paperwork exercise with the logbook, although maximum weight will then be 3.5 tonne. Keeping the weight below 3.5 tonnes means no issues driving on a standard car license, although DVLA must be informed of the change or maximum weight. Most adults who passed a driving license before 1997 have what is called grandfather rights to drive a C1 plated vehicle anyway, check your licence. This vehicle as plated can be 3850kg fully loaded, also can tow with a total weight train weight fully loaded to 5500kg, so plenty of capacity for a tow a vehicle too up to 2000kg or a trailer and car. Any clarity needed on what I've quoted please call me. I can give an example of re-plating.

I've tried to answer all possible questions and been an epic novel writing process lol, although I may have missed something, but if I have ask. One last thing, it's not a new vehicle, it's not just out of the showroom, although it's is in great condition with nothing to report scratch or paint wise.

I've found an identical vehicle video link here which helps potential buyers get an inside tour and mine is exactly the same and in the same clean condition, although it does not have the tow bar or bike rack as this one does. Would be nice to be contacted by genuine enquiries only. Scammers BEWARE....... its in a high security compound, CCTV cameras, and you need ID to enter, also vehicle is tracked and has remote immobilizer for obvious security reasons .

With the low mileage and good general condition, there won't be many that offer the same value for the money for 6 birth motorhome. Added to that the offgrid with a 240v solar system, its got everything you should need. No mechanical issues, comes with a Hab check done last year and service too, 100 miles only approx. since last MOT, service and Hab check so all good to go. Nice tight gearbox, drives like a small vehicle and steady as a rock on small twisty back roads. Please remember its not a new vehicle, so not going to look like its just out of the showroom. Lastly I wouldn't be selling if my back injury allowed me to go single handed travelling, thanks for the interest,
