A Large & Rare Antique French Ornate Louis Style Jardiniere Table 45cm - E528
An exquisite, ornate and large antique French Louis XV metal jardiniere (with a fabulous very dark patina which we love) sitting on four elegant feet with beautifully shaped handles and insert tray in place. The tray has been replaced with a new zinc tray (in keeping with what would have been an original zinc tray) which fits well with just a small gap on each end which is only mentioned for accuracy reasons.
This 19th century piece would have taken pride of place in the centre of a table and over time has developed a very dark patina which is highly valued in France.
