Installation and removal:

1, connect the valve to the pipe, to ensure consistency with the flow direction

attached to the body (the body outside of the  represents the direction of fluid flow, follow the installation);

2, welding installation: Please detach the actuator during welding;

3, threaded, flanged, quick installation: can be installed properly;

4, demolition: Before disassembling the valve to ensure that pressure has been lifted; light unloading; after the demolition to protect the threads and sealing materials;

5, valve and pipe connections are tight enough torque required force, a force the size of torque values are as follows: DN15 to 40Nm, DN20 to 50Nm, DN25 to 70Nm,

DN32 to 150Nm, DN40 to 150Nm, DN50 to 170Nm, DN80 to 240Nm, DN100 is 300Nm.

6, when installed, make sure the pipeline and residue-free interface.

7, after installation, testing and joints sealed intact, no leaks before use.
