I take measurements with garment lying flat and unstretched; compare these measurements to the measurements of a similar garment to ensure proper fit.

We ship Monday - Friday and do not typically ship over the weekend. These items come from a smoke free / pet free home. For the items that are pre-owned, I will do my best to describe the wear. 

It is likely there is cosmetic wear throughout the item. Or that the item is used, but not abused. There may be a slight color difference in my photos compared to the actual item.
