This is a silver & Gold tone metal buckle with one ribbon and 4 small red gem mounts, marked: Sterling Overlay, made by Frontier Buckles. The ribbon has not been engraved. It is in pretty decent used condition, as shown in the photos it does have some tarnish / patina, and some wear and tear from age and use. It measures approximately 4" x 3", fits a 1-3/4" wide belt and weighs about 3.6 oz.
