Mein Auto wurde mit Gas angetrieben,
Montagesatz für die Befüllung von 11-kg-Flaschen in Wohnmobilen in Ländern, in denen das ACME- und DISCH-System gilt. Das Betankungsventil wird im Stauraum der Flasche montiert. Das Betankungsventil ist mit einem Rückschlagventil ausgestattet. Wenn die Pistole abgeklemmt wird, strömt das Gas nicht zurück.
Der Bausatz enthält einen Drei-Wege-Kugelhahn. Beim Betanken der Flasche wird der Durchgang vom Betankungsventil zur Flasche geöffnet (der Ausgang zum System ist geschlossen). Nach dem Tanken wird der Ventilhahn um 180 Grad gedreht. Dadurch wird der Gasweg von der Flasche zur Anlage geöffnet und der Gasrücklauf von der Flasche zum Einfüllstutzen verschlossen.

Das Set dient zum Betanken von LPG-Gasflaschen mit einem Ventil, das mit einem Außengewinde
21,8x1/14"L (Linksgewinde) abgeschlossen ist.
Das Set wird wie auf dem Bild gezeigt verkauft. Auf diese Weise kann die Länge der Gasleitungsabschnitte individuell gewählt werden.

- Komplettes Betankungsventil
- PVC-Gasschlauch (2 m)
- Drei-Wege-Kugelhahn
- Einfüllstutzen
- Zylinderdichtung (kostenlos)
Ein Betankungsventil eines anderen Herstellers kann mitgeliefert werden (je nach Verfügbarkeit auf dem Markt)
Wie das Ventil funktioniert:
In dieser Stellung ist der Durchfluss des Dampfphasengases vom Tank zum System geöffnet.
In dieser Stellung ist der Flüssiggasstrom vom Einfüllventil zur Flasche geöffnet (Einfüllen).
Der Gasein- und -ausgang zum System ist geschlossen
Wie verbinde ich den Anschluss mit dem PVC-Schlauch?
Auf dem Schlauch setzen wir die Druckmutter und dann den Ring, wie auf dem Foto gezeigt. Dann drücken wir den Stutzen in den Schlauch
und schrauben das Ganze fest. So erhalten wir eine dichte Verbindung.
Wie verbinde ich den Tankstutzen mit dem Schlauch?
Wir verbinden alle Elemente in der Reihenfolge, wie auf dem Foto
Auf das Rohr fi 8 schieben wir zuerst die Druckmutter und dann die Dichtungsmutter. Wir stecken alles in das Ventil.
Zum Schluss schrauben wir fest und erhalten eine dichte Verbindung.
SEHR WICHTIG!!!
Die Verbindung der Flasche mit dem Schlauch muss dicht sein. Propan-Butangas zeichnet sich durch eine sehr hohe thermische Ausdehnung aus. Das bedeutet, dass eine leichte Erhöhung der Umgebungstemperatur zu einer großen Zunahme des Gasvolumens führt. Daher ist es wichtig, die Flasche nicht zu betanken. Zum selbständigen Befüllen von Gasflaschen an den Tankstellen sind Flaschen mit einem 80 %-Ventil vorgesehen.

A mounting kit for filling 11 kg cylinders in motorhomes in countries where the ACME and DISCH systems are in force. The refueling valve is installed near the cylinder storage area. The filling valve is equipped with a check valve. When the gun is disconnected, the gas will not back up.
The kit includes a 3-way ball valve. When refueling cylinders, open the passage from the refueling valve to the cylinder (the installation exit is closed). After refueling, turn the valve cock 180 degrees. This way, we open the gas path from the cylinder to the installation, and close the gas return from the cylinder towards the inlet.

The set’s purpose is refilling LPG cylinder with a valve ending with
a male thread 21.8x1/14"L (left thread)
The kit is sold as shown in the picture. Thus, the length of the gas pipe sections can be individually selected.
The kit includes:
complete filling valve
PVC gas hose (2 running meters)
3-way ball valve
filler bracket
cylinder gasket (as for free)
The LPG filling valve may be of a different manufacturer, depending on market availability.
How does the valve work:
In this position, we open the gas flow of the volatile phase from the tank to the installation.
In this position, the flow of liquid phase gas from the refueling valve to the cylinder (refueling) is open. The gas outlet to the installation is closed.
In this position, the gas inlet and gas outlet are closed.
How to attach the connector to the PCV hose?
Put a contract nut and then
a ring on the hose as shown on the picture. Then
push the inlet into the hose
and screw everything together. This way you’ll get an air-tight
connection.
How to connect the filler with the hose
Connect all elements in the order
shown on the picture
Slide first a contract nut and then a valve seal
on the fi 8 hose. Put it in the valve.
Screw it in to get an air-tight
connection.
EXTREMELY IMPORTANT!!!
Connection between the cylinder and the hose must be air-tight.
Liquefied Petroleum Gas has very high
thermal expansion coefficient. It means that even a small increase
in ambient temperature results in a huge
increase of gas volume. Thus it is crucial not to
overfill the cylinder. Gas stations offer
cylinders with 80% valves
for refilling the cylinders yourself.
