This a Leica M3 single stroke camera body. This camera is a popular collectable model. Shutter and self-timer appear to be working but camera may need servicing. This camera is sold as is without warranty. No returns.

I brought it to a Leica store and they said that everything seems to be working, but that they would have to service it in order to actually be sure. They said that the smaller lens (the one that says 1:2/50) is broken and would need servicing. Everything is sold in 'As Is' condition with no returns.

All I know about the camera is that my father had brought it over from Germany when he migrated to the USA in 1965. I remember him telling me that the reason that some of the writing is scratched out on the metal of some of the items is because at that time German products weren't allowed to go through customs.

Everything in the photo is included in this auction (pamphlets, books, etc.).
