All my mug designs are individually printed by hand using a 'mug press'. They are then packed in smash proof boxes specifically designed for the posting of mugs. So you can be confident that your mug will arrived in perfect condition.
Most orders are printed and posted out either the same day as the order or early the next day - depending what time the order comes in.
