"The earthquake, and rolling back of the stone by the angel, who, sitting upon it, so terrifies the guard that they "became as dead men," that is, we may infer, are unconscious for some little time 212
Mary Magdalene and the other Mary " leave Bethania about sunset on Saturday, to buy and prepare spices overnight, so as to be ready "to see the sepulchre" as early as possible on Sunday morning

Arrival of first party of women (as in Matthew, Mark, John); Magdalene, seeing in the distance the stone rolled back, at once concludes the Body has been taken away. She runs off and reports to Peter and John
The other two women enter the tomb, and see the angel, now sitting within after hearing his message they depart in fear stopping to tell no man by the way until they come to where the disciples are
They miss Peter and John, who now come, accompanied by Magdalene. The Apostles are comforted by an angel, and depart wondering
