This is a silver and gold tone metal buckle with an ornate floral scroll design, made by Crumrine Jewelers And Silversmiths, in the 1970s-80s. It is in pretty nice condition, as shown in the photos it does have some minor wear and tear from age or use. It measures approximately 3-1/4" x 2-3/8", fits a 1-3/4" wide belt and weighs about 4.2 oz.
