This part came from a 2009 BMW Z4.  Its in good overall condition with normal signs of wear including scratches, marks and some surface rust as shown in the pictures.  Tested before removing and worked properly.  Make sure the rack and pinion you are replacing has the same part number as this one or it will NOT work.  Please inspect the photos carefully.
