1) In case the fossil is broken, take several pictures of the package and its contents as you received it. | |
2) Go to your local post or customs office and show them the package. | |
3) The post or customs office will issue a domages certificate CN24 within 14 DAYS as stipulated by EBAY's recommendation in this regard. | |
4) Send me a scanned version of the certificate along with the pictures you have taken | |
5) Once I receive the above elements, I will submit a claim to the post office; their evaluation may take several days | |
