Excellent quality solid oak dining table and six matching oak  & black chairs.  The table is great for every day as in normal use it is 195cms long, but can extend easily for entertaining with a leaf, hidden centrally, to 245cms.  There is a locking mechanism to keep the table locked in the small position and the extendable.

 It is in excellent condition and as the set is made of solid oak, it is heavy and will last for many years to come.

 Table:

Width = 195cms, but extends to 245cms.

Depth = 100cms

Height = 78cms.

 Chairs:

 Total height from floor to top of back rest = 109cms

Seat height = 46cms

Seat depth from back of the back rest to front of the seat = 50cms

Seat width at the front of the seat = 50cms.

Seat width at the back of the seat next to the back rest = 30cm

 The table easily fits 8 chairs when extended but we have had 10 seated comfortably by having two chairs at either end instead of 1.
