I tested this game, it does boot. I only tested to the main menu, “Start Screen”. Please forgive the black / white picture I had a difficult time getting my Saturn to display to any of my tvs. The tv I finally got it working on is old and pretty destroyed.

Case is not in perfect condition, there are scratches. Disc also shows some minor scratches but is in good working condition.
