Tide clocks or "indicators" show how much time before high or low tide. 

The lunar day, or time it takes the moon to reappear at the same place in the sky, is

 24 hours and 50 minutes. Most locations have two tides each day. Because of this,

 your clock rotates every 12 hours and 25 minutes or twice daily.

 

  • Quartz tide clock movement with pendulum drive suitable for clock faces up to 9mm thick

  • Available in standard ticking or non-ticking sweep action for a quieter movement

  • The tide movement easily slides inside the drive to make a complete pendulum unit

  • Tide movement dimensions - Height 56mm - Width 56mm - Depth 18mm (not including shaft)

  • Drive movement dimensions - Height 140mm - Width 58mm - Depth 30mm

  • Movements runs with one hand and suitable for tide indicator clocks

  • Hand measurement shown is taken from the centre of the hand hole to the tip

  • Hand comes with a black end pin but can be changed to gold or red on request.

  • 300mm gold pendulum with a 65mm gold bob. The pendulum rod can be cut shorter if requested

If your item is faulty or we have sent you something different to that which you had ordered, please accept our apologies and return it to us within 30 working days and we will give you a full refund or replacement if possible. We will refund your postage costs in this case.
