15" x 10" ~ Little to no edge wear.

Such a unique and rare bond is made famous and known by everyone through the Monopoly game. You can find these out there sparingly, but not with coupons. This is an exceptional certificate from an American Icon who helped shape America!

The Pennsylvania Railroad, affectionately known as the "Pennsy," was a pioneering American Class I railroad. Established in 1846 and headquartered in Philadelphia, it was named after the commonwealth in which it was founded. At its zenith in 1882, the Pennsylvania Railroad was the world's largest railroad, transportation enterprise, and corporation, underscoring its profound historical importance.

Envision adorning your wall with this vintage historic collectible, a testament to the limited supply of stock certificates. Once they find their way into museums and collections, acquiring them becomes a challenge. These documents are not just pieces of paper but windows into history. The first stock certificate was issued in 1606 by the Dutch East India Company. Four hundred seven years later, the Walt Disney Company issued one of the last paper stock certificates from a major corporation in 2013, marking the end of an era.

My pictures seriously don't do it justice. These had to be done on heavy paper stock, almost like a dollar bill, but stiffer and more durable, making them stay vibrant and new for a long time. The other unique thing about stock certificates is their variety of exciting signatures, from the company President and Secretary to other historical figures. Some collectors research these signatures, adding significant provenance and value to an already valuable item. I have never done this as I can barely read my signature, let alone one from over 100 years ago, and the time it would take to do thousands of certificates, my mother and I decided years ago not to bother.
