You may also choose to explore Coligny Plaza, locally known as “Downtown Hilton Head,” with over 60 shops, restaurants, and bars. The beach is just ½ a mile away. One Bedroom Suite
This spacious one-bedroom deluxe resort suite measures approximately 884 square feet. You will enjoy a king bed in the master bedroom and one queen sleeper sofa in living room. Additional amenities include a full kitchen and dining area, and a balcony. Maximum occupancy is four. Private sleeping area sleeps two.
The resort collects a resort fee in the amount of $53.50 plus tax, per unit/per week. The fee is additional and is not included in the eBay price.
Credit Card Information will be collected at Check-In by the resort for a refundable security deposit hold.

Returns are only accepted within 30 days of the purchase date, after which time these units are non-changeable and non-refundable. During those 30 days there is a $75 restocking fee if the unit is returned. For units already within 30 days of arrival or for units whose dates have already passed, there are no changes and no refunds. There is a $75 restocking fee for any unit where payment has already been received. Date changes are generally not accepted or available.
