Published by Chambers Publishing Company, Kalamazoo, Michigan.  Pages numbered to 761.  Special note on pg 761 regarding printing as book printed during WWII saying book published using several grades of paper rather than delay printing. 

Book has many b&w illustrations of stamps, handstruck postage, letters and more.

Book exhibits shelf wear including some dirt & some dings along edges, finish loss to spine and area around spine, age related page discoloration, names of previous owner stamped on front end paper, separation of binding showing in between front and back end papers with old tape on front end papers, white tabs added to edges of many pages, some creasing at corners of some pages and mild creasing on random pages.

Many countries place restrictions on certain imports while others are banned altogether. Any packages that are confiscated or refused by customs are non-refundable just like a refused or non-deliverable package. We are sorry for any inconvenience this may cause, but these issues are well beyond anything we can control. Please be aware that we must list the value of an order on the customs form and what its contents are. We cannot declare an incorrect value on your shipment, and all packages must be declared as merchandise, no exceptions. 

Damaged / Lost packages - All packages are the responsibility of the shipping carrier once they leave our store. Any claims must be made through that carrier for damage that occurred during shipping or a lost package. Please make sure to have the tracking or insurance number available in order to process a claim with them.

NO refund will be issued for a package marked as undeliverable or refused at deliver
