Returns are only accepted within 30 days of the purchase date, after which time these units are non-changeable and non-refundable. For units already within 30 days of arrival or for units whose dates have already passed, there are no changes and no refunds. There is a $75 restocking fee for any unit where payment has already been received. Date changes are generally not accepted or available.
