This is the Ty BEANIE BABY  titled: - GOOCHY (THE JELLYFISH). This item is NEW OLD STOCK from a gift shop that closed. New mint condition.   It has tag errors as follows:  
 - Swing tag reads "1998"while tush tag reads "1999"

  - Space at the end of the poem between the last word and the punctuation mark. "...feet !"

  - Gosport is misspelled to Gasport

  - Made of P.E. pellets 

  - Tush tag has both a REG NO PA & 1965(KR) indicating this was a part of the Korean market
