• We post the device(s) back to you with a 1-3 working day turn around time.

• We ship your device back to you using Royal Mail 1st Class Signed For or Royal Mail Special Delivery.

What We Give You:

1x Apple iPhone Screen Replacement / Repair Service & Tracked delivery back to you, the postage can be upgraded to Special Delivery at checkout.

Insurance:

When you post the device to us make sure you use a service that has insurance, if the device is lost on the way to us we cannot be held responsible.

When we post back the device to you after repair, we have advised Special Delivery this will make sure your device is fully insured on the way back. In the unlikely event that the device is lost in transit on return we can help you make a claim to the courier.

•If the item gets lost during return shipping, we will help you make a claim against the shipping company. We cannot be held responsible for this as its outside our control.

•Failure to request insurance, renders any shipping damages solely the responsibility of the customer and we assume no liability in case of damages during shipping.  Furthermore, devices not shipped in their original packages are more prone to damage during shipping; if you send us your device in a generic box, we will ship it back to you in a generic box at your own risk.
