This headset is still like new.

Comes in original box with outer box as well.

Plastic inserts are also still in the box + a couple of manuals and the USB cable.

The wireless base station is also included.

No optical cable included as I never needed to use it as I have used with PS5 but you can buy them for a couple of dollars, very inexpensive.

This headset is compatible with PlayStation 4, PC and MAC.

It also works perfectly with PS5 via the USB.

You can also buy an adaptor if you want to use optical on the PS5 (not included)
