• Items Damaged in Shipping: Any item received that is damaged in shipping must be reported within 24 hours of delivery so we can make a claim against the shipping agent.  I can not offer you a refund if you don't let me know when this happens.  USPS, FED EX & UPS need notification within 24 hours.
