It is a gold & silver tone metal buckle with a mare and foal. It is in pretty decent used condition, as shown in the photos, it does have wear and tear from age and use. It measures approximately 3-1/8" x 2-3/8", it fits up to a 1-1/2" wide belt and it weighs about 2.3 oz.
