This is a gold tone metal buckle with a hard resin finish, made by Pacifica Mfg., of Los Angeles, California, in 1976. It is in pretty decent condition, as shown in the photos it does have some tarnish / patina and some wear and tear from age or use. It measures approximately 3-1/4" x 2-1/2", fits a 1-1/2" wide belt as is, however, it does have a tabbed loop, so it can fit up to a 1-3/4" wide belt if needed.
