Made in England by Cotswold, it commemorates the 1953 Coronation of H.M. Queen Elizabeth II. 

Please see photos for exact condition - the box is in very poor condition with sellotape, one end missing and has been drawn on.  The pencil itself looks in good condition although the top 'unscrewable' crown is a bit loose.  No lead in pencil.
