Style is "Sure Shot-Captain" with mid/standard crown and flat bill.

Entire hat is purple with front 2 panels depicting embroidered "CR" logo in black and silver. (photo 1)   

Black button on top while left side displays embroidered '47 logo in silver.  (photo 2)

Back contains purple snap with for adjusting size.  (photo 3)
