Clan of the Cave Bear is a first edition hardcover book club edition by Jean M. Auel, published by Crown Publishers in 1980.

The book itself is in very good condition. Even slightly better shows almost no signs of wear!

The cover on the other hand is shot. He’s ripped on the back in front. The back is very significant. My recommendation would be that you replace the one copy with a good copy and hopefully your dust jacket would just move over to this one.
