Old Style holders have the label on the outside. 

Newer Style holders have the label on the inside.

Labels are original to the holder and are still firmly in place.  There may be some scuffs or scratches on the holder itself, but nothing significant. 

No cracks noted.  Four posts are intact.  

The “rainbow effect” or “Newton rings” are a normal occurrence when two different plastics (which have different refractive indexes) are placed together.

NOTE:  Slight warping of label in holder, Heritage Auction label on rear of holder . 

The rainbow effect has been seen in CGC holders since the first-generation holder was introduced over 20 years ago. This is a result of the inner sleeve (which holds the book) contacting the hard-plastic outer shell; the two different plastics have different refractive indexes and that sometimes creates a rainbow effect when they come into contact.

Shipping:  The USPS is continuing to have issues with keeping track of items and occasional delays at various hubs.  I will pack well; boxed, packing peanuts, bubble wrap to secure your package to withstand being in the mail system for extended periods.
