Vintage G.I. Joe Tank - 2HQ-12 - 2003, Very Clean - Left Track Slips -Rest Works

The tank is very clean. The turret spins as it should. The sounds play when any button is pressed as it should. The right track works but the left track either slips or doesn't respond sometimes.
