- All clothing items will be shipped in small shipping bags, boxes or envelopes so please expect that it will be wrinkled.
- Wrinkles due to folding for shipping is not considered a flaw and is not a refundable issue (apply to clothes generally). Lovingly careful packing is always free!
- We ship almost on a daily basis. We pack as safely and securely as we can to make sure your item arrives at your place the way it left ours. Please be aware that when it gets to the post office, arrival time is out of our hands.
- We try our best to list our items accurately. If you find problems with the item that we overlooked, please contact us before leaving negative feedback, and we will try our best to make it right.
