Antique Tiffany & Co necessaire / etui portable sewing kit, likely circa mid to late 1800s.

Oval case with "CHC" monogram contains sewing scissors, stiletto tool, and needle case only - missing thimble and bodkin.

Needle case has been acid tested, appears to be 18K gold. 

Case measures 4 3/8" x 2 1/8".

 

Heavy wear as shown in photos - set is incomplete as stated, ends of needle case are dented, marking to outer case.
