Vintage mid-century pair of eyeglasses. One 20th 12 karat gold filled. Size 5 and 1/2. Originally purchased at parkway optical at 4016 18th Avenue Brooklyn 18 New York u l 3-6406

*based on the two digit zone code, we date the case and therefore the glasses as being 1943 to 1963. Based on family history we believe they are from the early 1950s.

This pair of reading glasses  overall, appears to be in good shape. The earpieces will need to be replaced or repaired because the plastic is starting to split. See photographs. Sold as is.
