How to use:

Connect the colour coded wires according to the diagram (product image 2) and the notes below.

RED - to +12VDC

COFFEE - positive to fan

BLACK - ignition

GREY - sending unit

Direct replacement parts, fits 10" (approx. 25.4 cm), 12" (approx. 30.5 cm), 14" (approx. 35.5 cm) and 16" (approx. 41ccm)

The thermostat supplied with this kit is of the OE style and can be fitted to the cylinder head of the engine or to any water jacket.

Do not use tape on the sensor as this may result in poor electrical contact or incorrect temperature readings.

Note:

If you intend to install a high profile cooling fan, you can crimp or solder larger wires. 1.5 square wire (15 amps) is not large enough to withstand high amperage draws
