1. If the item was damaged in shipping

as the carrier immediately. Any claims of damage after 3 days can be
denied by the carrier.
2. We offer 60-day (from receiving date) return policy for item that
does not match description. In this case, the product must be returned
in the same condition, packed in its original postal box with all
packaging materials, manuals, and accessories (if originally included).
The refund will be given in amount of 100% item cost. Shipping and
handling charges are not refundable. Postage fees for the return is not
