- I am an Army Veteran myself I have served in various War Zone's such as ~ Iraq and Afghanistan The former Yugoslavia, Cyprus, Germany, peace keeping and fighting. I have also served in disaster areas. Whilst serving in Afghanistan I was seriously injured by an Improvised Explosive Device (IED Bomb) I lost my legs, hand and suffered with a serious head Injury, burns and various shrapnel injuries. I also lost my spleen left lung and left kidney. I also have PTSD with at times can be harder to deal with than the physical injuries.
