An exquisitely rare and unusually shaped regency early 19th century faux tortoiseshell octagonal pagoda shaped tea caddy with inlaid stringing and lift out internal lid. Some minor nibbling to the tortoiseshell, some slight losses to the stringing, missing feet and key. Nothing too major that couldn’t be easily repaired.
