This is a vintage Ronson TWENTYCASE cigarette case from the 1940s. It features an Art Deco design and has a built-in lighter. The product was manufactured in the United States and has not been modified.

Physically it looks to be in near perfect condition with the original box and instructions intact. The only issue is that the name Kay is engraved on the Cigarette Case/Lighter.

Could be a good thing if your name or initials are KAY. Remember every kiss begins with Kay, sorry I couldn’t help my self I’m tired and it’s late. Lol.
