Up for sale is a vintage side mount tire lock by Ferro. There is no key. The threaded bolt / stud is also missing. 

-Stamped on the lock cover is: THE FERRO MACHINE & FOUNDRY CO. CLEVELAND O. PATS. PEND.

-Stamped on the underside is what looks like: C  1251. Stamped on the lock is: 656.

Application: I believe this is a universal accessory. Please do your own research.

Condition: This is in good solid condition. The key cover moves nicely. There are no cracks. There are some spots of surface finish loss, light surface finish bubbling, and some light surface rust / slight roughness where the surface finish has worn away. Again, there is no key or threaded stud / bolt.
