A Victorian steel rim lock c1890 which has been stripped of several layers of paint and comes in an attractive burnished industrial finish. It is designed to be fitted on the left hand side of the door. It measures 150mm x 100mm x 23mm. The distance between the centre of the spindle and the outside edge of the lock is 127mm. It has been oiled and has a smooth action. It comes with a new/old stock cast iron keep and a pair of 40mm Victorian polished brass door knobs complete with a salvaged brass plate and has grub screws. There is no key.
