Orders from buyers with low feedback (10 or less) or negative feedback, may not be accepted. 

Returns 

Unless stated within the advert, returns will be accepted within 14 days of the sale date. If the item is not properly described or is faulty then we will refund the cost of return postage, in any other case we will refund the cost of the item only. Returns will only be accepted if the item is received complete, sealed (where appropriate) unused and in a re-saleable condition. Please note that all serial numbers are recorded and will be checked upon return. High value items may also be security marked. New items returned with the seal removed or used may be subject to a restocking fee. Items returned in the exact same condition as dispatched will not be charged a restocking fee.
