I have had this for years and only used it a few times.  Looks brand new still.  I just tested it and it works perfectly, loads right up and finds satellites/position.   All buttonsand toggle word and comes with the USB cord to be able to hook it up to a CPU for updates or whatever else you want to use it for.  No box or manual though.   Like new otherwise!
