DOA Policy-

  • To claim Live arrival guarantee,
  • 1) We WILL REQUIRE PROOF in the form of at least 10 second video of the dead fish inside the original bag within 2 hours of delivery.
  • 2) The package must be sent to the correct address and not a forwarding address. 
  • 3)Somebody MUST be home to receive the package. If someone is not present to receive the package on the first delivery attempt, the live arrival guarantee is voided.
  •        
  • Refunds are issued for the cost of the fish, not the cost of the shipping.


We ship on Mondays, so if you buy fish on Monday 

they will be shipped the next Monday.

Something to keep in mind:

The lighting we use may differ from your aquarium tank, which could affect the fish's colors—making them appear lighter or darker depending on your lighting setup.

During shipping, the fish may experience stress, causing temporary color loss and a shrinking kok. However, please don't worry! The colors will return to their original vibrancy once the fish has settled down.


As a buyer of our live fish, we expect you to understand and respect our policy as a written agreement. By making a purchase, you agree not to leave negative feedback in the event of a refusal of sale. This policy is in place to protect the well-being of the fish and our business.
