Rare Ulysse Nardin Vintage Manual Wind Watch (Rare case / lugs) works but slow.

Looks like lug repair on one side (not visible from front of the watch). 

Watch works but runs a bit slow so will need cleaning / oiling. 

Runs about 5 min slow in 24 hours. 

Case 28mm excluding crown.

Lugs 16mm.
